CIRCUIT DESIGN LEAD #1155315
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership role on global digital circuit design team
- Help define, document and implement methodology for full-custom blocks and global circuits (Including clocking, power, transistor-level design rules, margins, etc.)
- Interface with process and custom circuit teams to ensure reliability and dfm targets are established and hit.
Process characterization and comparisons, help define process and design tradeoffs for optimal perf and power targets.
- Interface with dft and bringup teams to ensure robust design-for-debug
- Lead circuit design reviews, mentor junior designers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MSEE+ and at least 10 years circuit design experience on large high-speed digital vlsi chips
- High-speed cmos circuit design expertise, full-custom, static and dynamic logic, full-chip, datapath and cell level.
- Solid leadership experience leading circuit designers, demonstrating excellent engineering judgment.
- Solid knowledge of deep submicron process and circuit design issues, design for manufacturability and reliability issues
- Expertise in backend chip design flows, tools and overall methodologies, chip integration, library cells, lvs, drc.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, ability to work effectively in a production environment, with enthusiasm and positive energy.
